The Bulgarian National Radio Symphony Orchestra is one of the most prominent orchestras not only in Bulgaria but also in the Balkans. With its concerts throughout the country, various international tours and above all its recording activity, the orchestra set an example due to its high artistic and professional skills.
The members of the orchestra come from the most famous Academies of Music and Conservatories such as the Moscow Academy, the St. Petersburg Academy, the Juilliard School, the Munich Academy of Music and Theater.
The orchestra's repertoire is extremely rich and varied and includes difficult and rarely performed pieces. One of the main activities of the Bulgarian National Radio Symphony Orchestra is recording either for the National Radio Library or numerous recordings of various musical works, such as film recordings.
