Dimitris Chatziplis was born in Sydney, Australia and grew up in Athens. He has a degree in Agriculture, but at the same time he studies music, which is his great passion. He plays guitar, oud, bass, mandolin and deals with many musical genres such as jazz, rock, latin, traditional, medieval, folk, rebetika and others.
He has a degree in harmony and counterpoint and teaches music at the Corelli conservatory. At the same time, he has taken Byzantine music lessons and participated in many different music groups with different directions. From jazz and traditional to medieval forms, with participation over a number of years in the medieval festival of Rhodes and the jazz festival of Rhodes.
In recent years, in addition to teaching music, he has been playing music at festivals, shops and hotels in Rhodes.
